and we will promptly resolve your issue.

We will refund your total purchase price, including original shipping costs, for any reason, if we receive notification within 30 days of original receipt of the item by the customer. Notify us at:

and return your item in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

After 30 days, the same rules apply as above, except that there will be a 25% restocking fee applied to your refund.

In all cases, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once we have approved the condition of your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
